Telephone receptionist not competent to deal with public.

Generally, I have had a good experience communicating with Frogfoot until today. I phoned Frogfoot today after my ISP advised that I phone Frogfoot directly. The receptionist answered the phone with an annoyed tone. She refused to route my call to anyone within the company. She merely stated 'phone your ISP' and hung up.
