Stuck with Frogfoot and Blitz

I have been waiting for well over a month for Frogfoot's subcontractor, Blitz (ironic name!) to contact me to install fibre. I shudder when I see the other reviews here from people who have been waiting much longer. The problem is that one cannot work around the infrastructure provider - if your building has Frogfoot lines and Frogfoot (via Blitz) won't provide a service, you are stuck.
