Structural water damage to my property due to bad installation.
The issue concerns the way the Frogfoot installation was carried out. The PVC pipe was installed without a proper joiner/connector and was bent upwards towards the wall where it connects to the house. Water is now bubbling up from underneath where pipe bend is broken , and I am concerned that the installation is allowing water to enter or accumulate where it should not. I have already reported this problem and explained that the water issue is causing ongoing damage and could potentially result in structural damage to the property. Despite this, the matter has still not been properly investigated or resolved.
