Stellar Frogfoot Customer Support

I would like to commend Kayleigh Rosser at Frogfoot for her stellar customer service.

On 17th May 2021 I sent her an email inquiring about the (free) Fibre Speed upgrade that Frogfoot has extended to its 50 Mbps (and lower) customers. Vodacom had previously denied any knowledge of this upgrade.

At 09:05 on the same day I received a response from Kayleigh, with an undertaking to address the issue as soon as possible.

By 12:30 the upgraded speed was already reflecting in my speed tests.
