Shocking service, internet has been down for 5-days, no end in sight!

Absolutely useless fibre provider. Between them and Axxess, they just pass the buck and don't bother fixing the issues with the fibre line. I haven't had internet since Saturday and was assured I would have feedback within 48-hours from the Frogfoot Techs. It is now Wednesday, and we're no closer to being reconnected. No one has contacted me or reached out as promised. Instead, I am stuck calling them back and being refused any help. I would not recommend signing up with this fibre provider - they're great for the first month or two, and then simply don't bother anymore. I run a company from home and simply cannot afford this downtime - the fact that no one seems bothered to assist a paying client is absolutely frustrating.
