Shocking service.

I am the delegated representitive for my complex. Our due date for connection was Sept 2019.

Contractors were here to take photos and plans.

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get hold of a senior at the head office and I keep being told that nobody is in the office I must leave a message.

Christine laughed at me! Absolutely shocking. My complex is 125 units strong and we have as a committee been accused of delaying this process and I am not at fault.

No managers or supervisors available????? Oh and they can't put me through to anyone.
