Shocking misinformation from Frogfoot costing us R1100

I am a RSA web client for installation done via Frogfoot at address 14A Kanfer Street,Winterhoek Park done on 21st of January.My husband clearly stated to JJ Meyer tech from Frogfoot not to activate the line as we cannot move in yet as our house is still being completed.Tania from Frogfoot and JJ reassured us that the line will only go active once we plug the router in. Now we have received a bill of R1100 from RSA web as Frogfoot has gone and activated the line and billed RSA web and they now were forced to bill us.So Frogfoot cost us R1100 for nothing!! we can only move into the house by end of February.If we knew we would have been billed, we would have left it till later.Not one of the 2 frogfoot technicians who gave the wrong info want to take responsibility for costing us.The should receive a written warning
