Service so bad, its unusable

If I could give 0 I would. One of the biggest regrets is that I suggested my commune moves to FrogFoot because they were cheaper. Turns out that price drop had to come from somewhere.

Their fibre network is so unstable, it's not actually usable. I cant even login to a website its so bad. Never mind work. Lets just say working from home is absolutely not an option. At this point FrogFoot is a completely unnecicary financial drain on my already COVID-stressed financials and to make it worse, they claim there are no issues in my area.
