****s of note
Yet another night without fibre. Cant this bunch of useless ****s get the **** out of this complex. This now the 4th incident with this **** fibre network in this complex in a space of 2 months. Absolutely ****ing mind-boggling how they hire and train their employees. Yet again they came to do another person's fibre in the complex and mine is off again. I need this sorted out ASAP. You bunch of ****s didnt even reimburse me the last time.

13 Apr 2026, 19:33I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing incompetence and lack of accountability from Frogfoot.
Every time there is work done in our complex, our internet goes down — not once, but repeatedly. We are now dealing with outages happening 3 to 4 times within just 2 months, and each time it’s clearly linked to your technicians’ work. This is not bad luck — it’s poor workmanship and zero quality control.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of urgency or care from Frogfoot. We are left without internet for up to 24 hours at a time, with no proper communication, no after-hours support, and no standby technicians to resolve issues when they happen. Instead, you hide behind your SLAs, taking up to 24 hours just to “look into” problems that your own teams caused.
Meanwhile, customers are expected to just accept it — while you continue billing us as if we’re receiving a reliable service.
Let’s be honest: this feels like a monopoly abusing its position. There is no accountability, no compensation, and absolutely no regard for the people paying for this service. Your management sits comfortably while customers deal with constant disruptions that affect work, security, and daily life.
This level of service is unacceptable. We are not asking for perfection — we are asking for basic reliability, accountability, and respect for paying customers.
Sort this out.

14 Apr 2026, 07:18Hi,
Thank you for your feedback and for escalating the matter.
However, I need to stress that this issue is not a once-off occurrence — it has been happening continuously, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating.
At this point, repeated apologies carry little value without a proper and lasting resolution. We require a clear plan of action to address the root cause and prevent further disruptions.
