Really bad service

Well it seems that I’m not the only one to be completely displeased by frogfoot, my order is with Webafrica, from which I really can’t complain. They have kept me up to date with everything that is going on. Level up has also been here at my place to do the installation, but they received the wrong order number from frogfoot and was unable to complete the installation. Very good service from level up aswell and very polite technicians. The only sad part is that I don’t have any other choice than to go with frogfoot as I live in a complex. I would truly recommend people making use of a different fibre supplier. I really hoped that the level of service would be better when it came to fibre as compared to what we had to deal with in the past with the adsl from Telkom. At this moment I regret not sticking to Telkom, even though client service was bad, they never promised to be good in the first place, so you kind of expected the worst from them. Frogfoot has in my opinion taken the lead with offering the worst service ever. Can anybody maybe recommend a good option for lte uncapped in Hartenbos? Or any other option that will exclude the use of frogfoot?
