QUICK TURNAROUND FIX BY FROGFOOT

Vandalism took place outside my residence as someone ripped the line cable from outside my wall to the Fibre box. I contacted my service provider as well as Frogfoot, informed them of the vandalism and I was treated professionally by their receptionist. She as well as another lady on Twitter stayed in contact with me and within a few hours two technicians came out and fixed the vandalism issue and my line was restored.
