Property Damage

Frogfoot has been laying fibre lines in my area since beginning Jan. They have caused substantial damage despite me sending an email last year already, requesting the supervisor makes contact so that I could just explain a few issues (just placement of pipes / nozzles etc).

I was completely ignored. The workers damaged various irrigation items and even cut through an entire water pipe. We were told in a letter we must not worry as our properties would be restored on completion. My garden remains a complete mess - trenches not completely refilled and sand just dumped everywhere. I even stated I would finish everything at my own cost - could I just get confirmation they were done. I don't want to spend money for them to rip it up again for another phase.

I have sent numerous emails and placed at least three calls. No response.

I cannot imagine what service delivery must be like if this how it is starting???
