Poor service from Frogfoot

The service I have received from Frogfoot has left much to be desired. My Fibre has not been working for 5 days. Their call centre agents are lacking in basic service s****s. I have to keep on following up with them and get told that there technicians will call me and they will get back to me with feedback. Needless to say this does not happen. Poor telephone s****s to say the least. Won't recommend Frogfoot to anyone.
