POOR SERVICE FROM AGENT

A service agent named Amanda has absolutely no phone etiquette. I've seen a number of reviews about her and I fail to understand how she is still tasked to take customer calls. I like short and concise conversations when I'm looking for answers or updates but the information seems to go in in one ear and out in the next and she continues reciting a script.
