Poor service from Afrihost and Frogfoot

For 2 weeks now Frogfoot in Stellenbosch and Afrihost as the service provider could not get a new fibre instalation to work. A lady at frogfoot have tried without succes, and after many calls to Afrihost i still do not have any internet
