Poor service

When I phoned Frogfoot on Thursday to inquire whether we have fiber available they said yes they even know where the drop box was installed. They came to install our fiber on Friday and to my surprise, the technician said there is no boundary box but he assured me it will be installed that same day or the next day. I am sad to report that what we have been promised has not been done yet and we are still without fibre.
