Poor service by MWEB/Frogfoot on fibre network.

On May 12 we started getting issues with getting internet through our MWEB/FrogFoot fibre connection. I reported this to MWeb promptly and on Friday morning (May 13), I received an SMS from them that FrogFoot was alerted to the problem. Later in the afternoon a technician arrived and did some tests on the connection from the box on the sidewalk in our living room. I believe he fiddled with the fibre lines and got it working, However, on Saturday morning it was again not working, so I reported this again. I received a message from FrogFoot shortly after to confirm that this was escalated. Again, I received an SMS to confirm that the issue was escalated to FrogFoot. Subsequently, another FrogFoot technician arrived and determined that the problem was with a disconnection of the fibre cable inside our roof, but this needs to be fixed by another contractor for FrogFoot. And subsequently, I was notified by the appointed technician, that he would be here to fix the problem on the 31st of May! So we have been sitting here since May 12/13 without internet service from MWeb/FrogFoot since 12 May for almost 14 days without TV and MWEB fibre service, while still paying our service fee for the month. In the mean time, I have had to pay for data on my Vodacom ****le just to follow our emails and normal internet information. This channel is too expensive to use for TV streaming, so my wife has been without her soapies ever since, I without my sports events, and us without our regular TV channels with news, etc. In the meantime, I have to pay my dues to MWEB for internet access without knowing if they will pay me back for the lack of service. Even if the possible damage to the fibre cable in our roof (not proven yet), it should have been resolved long ago by the first technician looking at the problem on May 13, while I am waiting for the third technician to fix it. Will MWEB and/or FrogFoot refund me for the inconvenience and the hundreds of Rand I have paid to Vodacom for a limited service?
