Poor service

Very disappointed with response time from frogfoot.. I’ve been having such bad connection for the past weeks now and every time I call Vox technical support the only thing they can do is try fix my connection remotely of which that also has not worked.. was told by Vox that they would escalate and send a frogfoot technician over but that has still not happened and mind you I work from home so major inconvenience this has been for me.. I don’t know how many tickets I’ve opened now about this but I’m in total hell…
