Poor service and no improvement form past 4 months

Since November 2025 the fibre connection is becoming more and more unreliable. Our neighbourhood (Beverley Grove, Port Elizabeth) only has Frogfoot as a fibre option. We are paying for 60mbps but in reality get very very slow speed lately and a lot of throttling. Cannot watch streaming apps. Numerous complaints were logged by various neighbours and we have seen no improvement. I had enough. Going back to wireless comms, the fibre option is a joke.
