Poor service and communication s****s.

I am waiting on Frogfoot Fibre to send out one of their technicians to come and install my Fibre line.I made it very clear that I need the Fibre urgently as I need to work from it, but after a waiting period of two weeks I have received nothing . After they made it very clear in the email that they send me that the hole process will only take 10 days maximum. Every time I try to contact them they put the phone down in my ear or they put me on hold for 30 min. This is absolutely poor services and it seems like they don't take the customers needs in consideration
