poor service

I reside in Port Elizabeth in a suburb called Linton Grange, my area was meant to go live at the end of November 2019 and up until today NO ONE has done anything about it, it still shows work in progress even thou installations was done ages ago!!!!!! no one has an ETA and no one knows whats going on!!!! also one cant speak to a supervisor or anyone in charge!!!!Absolute horrid experience with FROGFOOT. if only there was a 0 star option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
