Poor installation. Damaging of waterpipes and paving. Unprofessional

While installing the line, two municipal waterpipes were cut through with a spade. Plumber took about 3 hours to show up, fixed pipes, but no water available to my home, just drove off. Prepaid meter box damaged by the "tampering". Frogfoot personnel also just drove off.. not their problem. I am sitting without water on a Friday afternoon.
