Poor Frogfoot Fibre network

Frogfoot fibre network has become poor on a daily basis. Network is disconnected repeatedly, on a daily basis! They keep referring the customer to the ISP, yet it's their Infrastructure that's problematic. They don't even bother to send a Technician to investigate
