Poor Fiber/Service by Frogfoot!!!

I am now FUMING, this frogfoot fiber is a ****. they say we need to 1st check if the network coverage is available in our area and then you apply, only to find out when you have installed it, it is never available. I pay for a service that I dont fully get. Every week, I must call in coz there is no network coverage in my area. What a waist of the useless frogfoot fiber. When you call them, they are only available 8am-5pm Mon-Fri if the internet is down, you will suffer the whole weekend. I need the fibre now and worse nightmare is I work from home and need the internet. Frogfoot Fiber service is very bad, horrible. The worst experience is dealing with the Telkom call center agents who dont know how to do their job. Its been 3 days without internet and when you call, they tell you of 72 hours turn around time. So in the meantime what must happen to my work since I am out of internet? Very BAD internet fiber which is such a JOYKILLER!!!!
