Poor conduct from Frogfoot & subcontactors

With the assistance of Eric from Vox who made contact with Frogfoot technicians, he has come to realize that due to Arizona Civils installing a second hand ONT box which was still registered to another address that was the reason I was not able to get my Fibre up and running. After the Frogfoot Technician reconfigured the box to my address, Eric was able to active my Firbe.

I find that Frogfoot has not carried out this installation in a professional manner and they will need to be liable for the call out fees as did not complete their job, that is besides firstly installing incorrect equipment that exploded in my home, sending a team out to my address on Wednesday 14/01/2026 without making an appointment with me.

I will await response from all parties regarding this installation mess up. I lost 4 days or work because of the incompetence of Frogfoot and their subcontractors. And I must still be billed for a callout fee.
