Paying for nothing

I cannot begin to express my disappointments. 3 full days without coverage and endless calls to @Mweb to assist, however, nothing is being done. Fiber is meant to be fast and bring joy but the constant struggles that I experience are just horrific. Please sort out this issue, afterall I am a paying customer, no one likes paying for nothing
