Pathetic service - unprofessional, disorganised

Port Elizabeth - Pathetic service - stay away - After waiting 3 weeks to get appointment for installation, their outsourced team arrived (these guys looked extremely *****), and then asked me where the black distribution box was? Apparently the fibre maintenance /installation team is supposed to set up these boxes at each location's boundary walls. So back to square one.
