Pathetic Service Provider

This is probably one of the worst service providers in South Africa. They did an installation at my house a week ago after which the technician told me the line was activated. The line was never activated and I have been waiting for more than a week now. Apparently they did not even know that the technician was at my house for the installation so this company really need to get their stuff together and stop escalating because that is all they do. I would warn anybody considering them as a service provider to not consider it at all. They are useless.
