Pathetic Service Provider

This service provider is absolutely pathetic when it comes to providing services. Another weekend bits the dust thanks to Frogfoot. I find it shocking how only on weekends is there any outage, it will take frogfoot at best 6 days to sort out the issue then boom outage again. My ISP can’t do anything until frogfoot sorts out the issue.

Frogfoot does not answer calls, emails. The only thing the answer to sometimes is social media but the response is clearly system generated which means nothing.

Frogfoot should just rather close it doors permanently because they don’t know how to properly provide customer service
