Pathetic service is too good a word to label Frogfoot with.

Not even sure how to rate this company. There are pockets of people that have been trying their level best to help and resolve and ongoing issue since November 2022 but the balance of the company is not interested in resolving issues so their customers remain happy with the service. Every single day we have been without internet either for 2 or 4 hours a day or sometimes both but since yesterday it has been more than 10 hours at a time. How is this suppose to be service, yesterday on the 1st monthly we areas customers are expected to pay our subscription on full with no credits due to downtime.
