Pathetic Service

I have to say you people are utterly useless as a fibre provider. Honestly, a call was open and 3 months later you people have done nothing to fix the issue. I was with Nepic and they logged the call and you guys breached for 3 months and its fine with you people. When i call to complain you tell me **** that you only deal with ISP's. Honestly most pathetic service ive seen, both you and Supersonic. You gladly take people money and offer *** service, i dont even get my full line speed of 50meg.
