Pathetic Service

Extremely abysmal service from both Frogfoot and Vox Telecom. Have been waiting since mid February for Frogfoot to come and install a new ONT due to previous tenant taking the original ONT when they moved out. Also not receiving any feedback from Vox regarding issue. Has become and extreme annoyance due to having to buy expensive mobile in order to work from home during lock-down.
