Pathetic Service

Frogfoot is the most pathetic service EVER!!! Firstly the guys that came to install my router was late as they don't know how to schedule their people, after I asked how long will it take for the network to be activated " only between 24 & 48 hours" here I am 2 weeks later and still nothing is happening!!! Contacting service provider and all they saying is that they will escalate the query to frogfoot. Today I get an email to say thay the guys put in the wrong product they put in Acess Air instead of Acess Home!!! Why is that my problem that your *********** people can't even follow simple instructions on how to do their job!!! I will not be paying for anything to do with this service, I will take my business elsewhere!!
