Pathetic service

This is to share my miserable experience with frog foot. Being in a complex along with other complexities, we were forced to take up with these guys. Recently we have been having regular outages from them and when you want to enquire this with their support based in CPT, you have to wait in their queuing system to be finally dropped of the call. There is no other proper support system or customer service options. As a service provider, one should understand the situation we are currently in with working from home, studying from home which all adds up to a lot of dependency on the internet. If you cannot handle the job, please give it to men who know and rather go looking for life in Mars! If it was possible I would have rated you with a (-)5!!!!
