Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worse service I have ever received in my whole life!!!! Can`t believe how this company still operates. I called and was on hold for 2 hours eventually when I get through they said I must speak to someone else but they can`t transfer me. They took my details to call me and of course no one calls me. I then call back and I am on hold for a further hour. The guys answers and tells me the line is not line and he drops the call. It is impossible to get a hold of them. It is the most pathetic most appalling service I have ever received. I am actually begging them to take my business. I am working from home and had to out in 2 days of leave as they are unable to connect my line. So unprofessional staff, and for a fibre company they have poor lines to try to get a hold of them. **** service!!!
