Pathetic. No Internet Service

Been almost twenty four hours without internet. Reported to my ISP a few times and everytime they just tell me its on frogfoots side as the Service light is not showing on my fiber box. Six ours after reporting problem I got SMS stating service has been restored but still nothing, reported again and now been more than 13 hours and still no service light. This is really pathetic, I am studing online, my wife wors from home on weekends and we cant do anything. Funny as it looks like its only in my area as my second line at my town house at another location does not have any problems.
