Pathetic. Just Pathetic.

Pathetic service. After ordering fibre 5 weeks ago from my ISP they had to escalte the order twice before frogfoot even contacted us to install the fibre within my complex unit, only to install it wrong. Now waiting another week for their maintenance team to come out to fix the installation (probably wont end there if trends are accurate). The only reason they picked up the faulty installation was because I constantly hounded them to provision my line, if it was not for that nothing would have been completed.
