Pathetic Frogfoot

Absolutely pathetic, its been more than 2 weeks, still no Fibre, My IP provider Accelerit is suffering the consequences of Frogfoot be incapable of providing a service. Twice ive been told, your service will ne activated the next day. Please bunch of ***n *****. They have no clue what they doing. No im told someone has to be send to my home to configre my IP. Bs!!!. Then I phone them, and have to listen to the same annoying repeated msg for 45min, only to here, " there was an error with the call forwarding process" and then the line cuts. Avoid Frogfoot and unfortunately avoid any IP provider thats associated with them, you will have issues. Thats a fact.
