Ordering pizza while I'm on the phone...Frogfoot

Probably the worst customer care experience I've ever had.

Called the reception 3 times, after hearing the same replay for more than 20 minutes, respectively, I am "lucky" to be put through to the "right" department...**they finally answer..start ordering pizza while I am trying to speak. Worst part is that I can hear that they hear me...I even know what her favourite pizza is now

If you ever need a stable connection and feedback...stay clear! You will be doing yourself a favour...
