Nonsense

I called on 4 occasions and stuff seemed to be uninformed about how to resolve my Rica application and I then sent an email and got helped by a nice and patient gentleman but upon emailing back and forth he then never rep**** on what my status of my application is as he requested that I let him know if I’d followed all of his instructions.

I’m really frustrated because I work from home and data is very expensive and they’re service is worse than Rain. The agents that walk around the streets couldn’t help and they keep promising that they would come back and I would never hear from them again and what is even more frustrating is that they never call, they would just rock up at my place without calling.

I’ve tried all types of service providers and they all refer me to this nonchalant Frogfoot.

I would never ever recommend them simply for being negligent towards clients.
