Non Service

We are on are in an area where the only service provider is Frogfoot... we have had nothing but problems with it since we signed up about 4 years ago... constantly have no service...get such low speed that it is useless for our business...and we pay for high speed uncapped... no matter how many times we've requested assistance...NOTHING is done...no contact made...its as if we don't exist...we are in Silverglade Fish Hoek...
