Non existent maintenance team

Link has been down for 7 days, reported to VOX who rightly refer it to Frogfoot as it is a hardware issue. Reference number and empty promises is all I have. Week before Christmas, trying to finish up for the year- no support from Frogfoot, bet I’ll still get the full invoice from VOX though even though 25% of the working month I had no connection!! I realize no one is going to come here and post lovely messages when their internet is working, but I might just do that if you give some customer service. Frogfoot have the fiber monopoly in the area so I have no choice, but if I did I would be long gone.
