Non existant service from Frogfoot Fibre

Worst service ever. Installation done on 21 December 2020. Internet worked for three hours then down up this moment. 60 Emails to them still no response. Will not put me through to Abraham van der Merwe the MD Only provider thus I cannot do anything about it. Frogfoot should loose the privilege to be the sole provider for any area. I will be doing an article for our business to business publication challenging their service delivery.
