No Technicians over the weekends.

Internet goes down early Saturday morning and we are told that it isn't an IP (RSA Web) problem but a FTTH (Frogfoot) issue and they will need to send a technician. Sunday evening rolls on and I have had to purchase R 700 worth of data as it literally the rainiest weekend in the year and I have kids... My phone calls to RSA web are always assurances that the matter has been escalated to Frogfoot only to fund out at 3pm on Sunday afternoon that Frogfoot don't have technicians working over the weekend. Disgusting service from both RSA web and Frogfoot. Typically greedy owners with a eff you attitude to their customers.
