No service once again

Useless is not even a describing word for Frog Foot. My fibre service from them is down. They will not assist, I have to go through my service provider Mweb, which I have done. They have escalated my issue with Frog Foot but also don't get a response. This is not the first time this has occurred. There is just no service at all from them. Worst fibre provider ever. Advise never using them if you can avoid to.
