No pride in their service or lack there of

I am amused at the pathetic service offered by Vodacom and their partner in co- hoots, Frogfoot. Why do they go out of their way to make all kinds of promises about good service delivery and punctuality when they cannot smoke the pipe. I am sitting with a Router now for approximately 3 weeks and absolutely no sign of intended installation and absolutely no information of who to contact to confirm the installation date. Can this deal be cancelled as ,if this is the start (Which is disgusting) what will the service be like in the future???????
