No notification of an outage. Vox the only company that answers their phone but they cannot say when frogfoot will fix the issue. Frogfoot don't have an after hour support line and even if you call in business hours, they hang up. You are willing to debit an account but not willing to provide a service that justifies your cost. Well done on your amazing no customer service approach.
