NO NO NO service

One star is actually to high. They do not earn a star at all. Unfortunately Frogfoot are the only fibre company in our town. They are not live yet, as they are still installing cables. They installed their fibre cables on our sidewalk. Where we had a nice looking sidewalk it is now full of rocks. Garden services do not even want to clean it up. I contacted their head office and they told me that they will send the query to the contractor. Nobody contacted me. I send several emails to them, nothing. When I asked them what is happening with my complaint. they informed me that the matter has been solved. I send an email to ***, not even a reply. I tried to get hold of Abraham van der Merwe or anyone of their other CEOs, nobody is available. Ask for a manager or anybody who can help me. Call just got disconnected. How on earth can anybody get a service from Frogfoot if they cannot even give support before they go live with fibre. Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), Investec and Metier Capital are apparently funding them and according to their website their revenue exceeding R1 billion per annum. I hope people stop using any service providers that are using Frogfoot. These are one of those companies that just take and take and do not care about where their money is coming from.
