No Network for 3 weeks now

These guys don't care about the money we pay, We have not had a stable network at Protea Glen since the beginning of the month, all they say when we contact them is Vox and Vox say Frogfoot has to fix it, Now I have paid them in Full, and have to Buy more data so i can be able to work at home this guys are useless.
