NO LINK!!!!!!NO HELP!!

Dealing with WebAfrica and FrogFoot has been a total disaster! Since March, I've been stuck in this never-ending nightmare, and now it's May and there's still no end in sight! Every time I try to get help, it's like talking to a brick wall – same empty promises, same excuses, same delays! Two months of this nonsense, and I'm still getting nowhere! Escalations after escalations, and what do I get? Absolutely nothing! It's like they're not even trying to fix the problem! Webafrica and frogfoot have stated on numerous times that they have restored the link yet it's still not working, they keeping saying they have requested a technician to sort out the issue but i am still waiting for that technician to come!!!!! And don't even get me started on their pathetic WhatsApp platform – it's a joke! This level of incompetence is beyond belief.
